The series of photos were inspired by the iconic Film Noir style and were shot as part of a school photography project.
All the images are in black and white, which adds to their timeless quality and creates a dramatic contrast between light and shadow. The scenes we captured are reminiscent of classic Film Noir settings, such as alleyways, dark streets and dimly-lit corners. We used a variety of techniques, such as low-angle shots, silhouettes, and high contrast lighting to convey the mood of mystery and intrigue that is characteristic of Film Noir.
The result is a series of captivating photos that capture the essence of this iconic style in a fresh and modern way.
